Parking Lot for Scott and Company to Close on October 1st!

As you may have heard in the news, there is a new development coming to the space next to our building which will include apartments for students and the public. The development also includes a parking garage to be constructed as a replacement to the existing surface parking lot behind our building. Effective October 1, the parking lot behind our building will no longer be accessible as they begin construction. Beginning that day, valet parking will be available to our clients at no cost to you. Although customary, this means tipping is not required or necessary, as we do not wish anyone to feel obligated to incur an expense that they otherwise would not have incurred under normal circumstances.

If you are visiting our office for a meeting, please follow the instructions below:

•    You should pull up to the valet stand located behind the building on Hampton Street (near the service entry drive). Please do not pull into the service drive for parking.

•    You will need to provide your name and say that you are here to visit Scott and Company.

•    Valet will provide you with a ticket that must be turned back in to retrieve your car.

To help expedite the retrieval of your vehicle, we will have the ability to call ahead with your ticket number once you are ready to leave the office.

Alternatively, if you are coming to the office to either drop off or retrieve documentation, feel free to call ahead shortly before you arrive and someone from the office will meet you at your vehicle so that you do not need to valet your vehicle. This person will have some form of company identification, so you know that your information is secure. 

We understand that guest parking is an important part of our operations and ask that you bear with us as these changes are happening. Please call us with any concerns at 803.256.6021.
